PURIFY THE CHAKRA TO BALANCE THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
Collect seven crystals go to a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Then do the following:
1. Lie comfortably. Place your newly cleansed crystals on the area of each chakra as follows:
Chakra 1 - BLACK TOURMALINE
Chakra 2 - CARNELIAN
Chakra 3- CITRINE
Chakra 4 - ROSE QUARTZ
Chakra 5 -CHAlCEDONY
Chakra 6 - Amethyst
Chakra 7 - WHITE QUARTZ
Take deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Visualize the energy passing through the clear quartz into your crown chakra. Now visualize the energy moving from crystal to crystal through each of your chakras, feel the energy of the crystals balancing each chakra as it moves through.
Once you have reached your root chakra, visualize the energy flowing up and down through the chakras from crystal to crystal and moving freely. While doing so, think to yourself, "My immune system is healthy, balanced, and strong." When you're ready, open your eyes.
