All items purchased from Purify & Cleanse are carefully packed with love and care. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please contact us by email at purifycleanse@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. We will resent to you another items. All orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving. If you are not happy with our product , you can send back to us. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sale items.
